Mercer I Mettl engages sub-processors, content delivery networks and third parties to offer services.

What is a sub-processor?  

A sub-processor is a third-party data processor that Mercer I Mettl engages, which has, or potentially will have, access to or process service data (which may contain personal data). Mercer I Mettl may or may not use any or more than one sub-processor to provide its services.

Due diligence 

Mercer I Mettl evaluates the security and privacy practices of sub-processors whom it wishes to contract, to ensure that they align with its information security and privacy standards. Additionally, it also executes appropriate data protection agreements to maintain adequate safeguards.

Mercer I Mettl currently engages several sub-processors to perform services.

The process of engaging with new sub-processors and a customer’s right to object:

Customers may raise an objection/concern for using a new sub-processor by notifying Mercer I Mettl via email, within ten (10) business days upon notification, pursuant to which Mercer I Mettl will reach out to you to discuss the concern and way forward.
